I originally trained as an accountant (CIMA) and after completing my MBA, put my skills to use in business planning for a large Swedish telecom company for their international real estate & infrastructure requirements. I came to this country for a change and found the real estate market fascinating. After my experience of dealing in the local real estate market, I realised that I was being guided to certain developments where the sales agents were motivated more by commission (particularly where the owner was also a developer), rather than my needs!
