Hello! I am NIKA! Welcome to my profile! I'm an active, happy, loving, caring, and healthy mother and woman living in the Dominican republic. My two kids are my world! And I also love to dance, swim, do yoga, run, read, travel, visit art galleries and museums and many other things to do and see. As an expert in administration and finance with more than twenty years of management and leadership experience, I moved to the Dominican Republic in 2012 from Russia, where I completed a Ph.D. in economics. Working as a CFO (Chief Financial Manager) of a 300-room all-inclusive Spa Hotel in Russia, I was fully in charge of the hotel's financial and accounting systems. After relocating to the Dominican Republic, as the operation manager, I successfully managed residential and commercial properties at Infiniti Blu Ocean Front Condos in Sosua. Since that time my older daughter already graduated from the International school (ISS) and is continuing higher education in the United States. My younger daughter has been in the International School since Pre-k 4, and now she is in middle school. She excelled in tennis and horseback riding. Children with a sense of adventure will love the North Coast of the DR, and there are plenty of attractions just for them! Therefore, I am very familiar with the area and all the aspects of buying, moving, and living in the DR. We love living in the DR.
